We are very excited to host Megan Bardsley Emotional Wellbeing Manager at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat for an exclusive event - BREATHE WITH GWINGANNA.
This special class uses very gentle exercises to open the body to how it was innately designed to breathe. Much of our modern day lifestyle interrupts our body’s ability to breathe the intuitive breath that we were born with. Combining our awareness and attention with the movements we're able to rebalance the body to breathe more freely.?

Your presenter, Megan Bardsley has various roles at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat including Emotional Wellbeing Manager, Program Manager, Journey Practitioner and Equine Therapy specialist. With a past in professional sports and business, she began exploring alternative ways to bring balance into her life through yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. This lead her to look at the impact of stress and emotions on overall wellbeing, and how best to bring this aspect of our wellness into balance.
No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
